  1. What is a dropperful?

    The level that the droppers are standardized to fill to is 26 drops; a dropperful is 26 drops.

  2. My BIORAY® shipment was left in the heat for a few hours, are the products still okay? Will heat damage the probiotics in CytoFlora®? Do I need to refrigerate my supplements?

    The products keep their potency and integrity at high temperatures, they are still completely fine to use (this includes CytoFlora®). CytoFlora® is a probiotic lysate, meaning the probiotics in the formula are already dead; heat will not affect them. BIORAY® supplements do not need refrigeration.

  3. Will I experience a detox reaction? How do I know if I’m having a detox reaction?

    A detox reaction is neither necessary nor desired. It’s the body’s way of saying “you are detoxing too quickly!” This happens because more toxins are being mobilized than can efficiently be excreted by the body. We recommend cutting your dose in half or returning to the last tolerated dose, increasing intake of water with fresh squeezed lemon, and making sure your bowels are moving at least 2-3 times per day. The most common signs of a detox reaction are feeling unwell, having head pain, or feeling tired. You should always feel the same or better while detoxing.

  4. Can the products be taken together and at the same time as other supplements?

    Yes. BIORAY® supplements can be taken together and with other supplements. While they’re most effective on an empty stomach, they can also be taken with food.

  5. My dropper is clogged, why does this happen? How do I unclog the dropper?

    Residue or sediment from bioactive, high quality, fresh herbal plant extracts is a highly desirable aspect of our formulas, but it can result in clogged droppers. To unclog, take the top black piece of the dropper off and run warm water through the dropper. The sediment should loosen up. If needed, gently insert the end of a toothpick, clean paperclip, or straight pin to move the sediment out. This will unclog the dropper. Shaking the bottle well before each use should stop the dropper from reclogging.

  6. How do I know when my product expires?

    The expiration date is on the bottom of the bottle or on the back of the label.
