After The Flow Date “Caramel” Apples

By The BIORAY® Test Kitchen

September 26, 2025 Serves 3-4 (depending on size of apples)
After The Flow Date “Caramel” Apples

Ingredients

  • Pitted dates 2 cups
  • Coconut oil 1 Tbsp
  • Hot water
  • After the Flow 3-4ml
  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts, shredded coconut, melted chocolate, sea salt, dried fruit)
  • Skewers or popsicle sticks

Steps

  1. 1
Soak pitted dates in hot water (enough to submerge all dates) for 5-10 minutes
  2. 2
    Drain water
  3. 3
Add coconut oil and After the Flow and blend in food processor or with immersion blender to puree. (Immersion blender works better with well-softened dates). More coconut oil or your favorite nut butter can be added if needed to get a smoother consistency.
  4. 4
Insert popsicle stick or skewers into tops of apples
  5. 5
Coat each apple evenly in the date mixture. You might have to use your hands to get the coat smooth and even.
  6. 6
    Top with optional toppings
  7. 7
Chill in fridge for 30 minutes to an hour
  8. 8
Slice and enjoy or eat directly off of stick!
