• We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a refund (minus shipping fees).
  

• Products must have the safety seal intact and be in original condition.
  

• Product sets must be returned in full; individual items cannot be returned separately.
  

• Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  

• Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly through bioray.com.
  

• Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Exchanges

• Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.

Shipping

• Orders placed by 12:00 PM Pacific Time (Monday–Friday) usually ship the same day.
  

• Orders after 12:00 PM ship the next business day.
  

• Free shipping on orders over $75. Flat rate $8 shipping for orders under $75.
  

• Expedited shipping options are available (except during promotions).
  

• Tracking details are emailed when your order ships.
