- Block of feta cheese (drained) 8oz
- Pureed sweet potato or pumpkin puree 1 cup
- Honey 3 Tbsp
- Cinnamon 1 tsp
- Liver Life 4ml
- Pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional for added protein: 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt or cottage cheese
- Optional toppings: fresh rosemary, thyme, hazelnuts, walnuts
