Ingredients
- Oats ½ cup
- Medium ripe banana ½
- Greek yogurt (or cottage cheese or vegan yogurt of choice – using a vegan substitute may yield less protein content) ¼ cup
- Vanilla ½ tsp
- Large egg or flax egg 1
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- NDF Calm® 2 mL
- Optional mix-ins: frozen/freeze-dried berries, chocolate chips, nuts
- Optional toppings: peanut butter, fruit preserves, honey, syrup, nuts, fruit

Place all ingredients (besides mix-ins) in a blender and blend until smooth

Heat a greased skillet over medium heat

Spoon about ⅓ cup of mixture (or ½ for larger pancakes) and cook until bubbles start to form around edges and a few in the center

Flip and cook until golden brown on both sides
