Steps

   Heat juice (and coconut milk or lemon juice respectively) over low heat until just barely warmed

   Slowly whisk in gelatin until well-incorporated

   Let rest until foam disappears

   Pour into silicone molds or pour into a glass dish (to cut into pieces once it solidifies) and chill in fridge for 2 hours or until firm

   Gummies may soften slightly at room temperature

   *Juice can be made from pureeing 2 heaping cups of berries with ½ cup lemon juice and ½ cup water and strained through a cheese cloth to yield about 1½ cups juice
