Ingredients
- Dates, pitted 12oz (one container)
- Nut butter of choice ¼ cup
- NDF Calm 2-3 servings
- Nuts of choice ¼ cup
- Dark chocolate bar 3-4 oz
- Coconut oil 1 tbsp
- Pinch of sea salt

Slice pitted dates along one side length-wise so they can be opened up and laid flat

Lay down a piece of parchment and place open dates in a large square/circle, doing your best to minimize gaps and space between each date

Place another sheet of parchment on top of the flat dates and use a glass or rolling pin to smush and flatten them as well as you can

Mix NDF Calm into the nut butter

Remove the top sheet of parchment from the dates and spread the nut butter mixture evenly on top of the flattened dates

Crush nuts and sprinkle on top of the nut butter

Melt coconut oil and chocolate either stove top over low-medium heat or in the microwave and spread evenly over the nut layer

Top with a sprinkle of sea salt and chill in the fridge for 30-40 minutes until hardened

Remove from fridge and break or cut apart to form individual pieces
