Ingredients
- Sweet potato powder (we used one from kimlyparc.com) 2 Tbsp
- Matcha powder (ceremonial grade) 2 tsp
- Hot water (for whisking matcha) 1/4 cup
- Milk of choice (dairy, oat, soy, or almond work great) 3/4 cup

Prepare matcha: In a small bowl, sift matcha powder to remove clumps. Add hot water and whisk with a bamboo whisk.

Mix sweet potato powder and milk: In a bowl or cup, combine sweet potato powder with milk. Stir and use a frother until smooth and foamy.

In a cup, pour matcha mixture, then top with milk and sweet potato mix.

Add 4ml of NDF Immune to top and enjoy!
