Ingredients
- Ground turkey 1 lb
- 1 medium grated apple
- Breadcrumbs or gluten free flour ½ cup
- Chopped Onion ½ cup
- 1 egg
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Thyme ½ tsp
- Cinnamon ½ tsp
- Liver Life® 2-3 Servings
- Olive oil for browning

Combine all ingredients (besides oil) in a medium bowl. Mash and mix until well combined. You may need to use your hands.

Using a cookie scoop or spoon, roll into golf-ball sized balls

Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment

Heat 2-3 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat

Brown meatballs (1-2 minutes on each side) and transfer to prepared baking sheet

Bake meatballs for 15 minutes

Remove from oven and let rest 10-15 minutes before servings
