It takes about 2 weeks but if used consistently. It helps with sleeping throughout the night. Takes time but be patient. Also flavor is pleasant so kids take it

My son has NEVER slept good. Seriously since the day he was born and he is 10 now. We’ve tried all the things but REALLy want to save medicine for a last resort! I finally added this product on to our order hoping maybe it would help and it has! The first night he used it he fell asleep sooner. At night he takes this and tummy, and calm. He’s falling asleep much better now and I’m grateful!

My almost 4 year old who previously never had sleep issues has been waking up multiple times a night for months and it became a habit to just bring her to our bed. Which is fine, but I really wanted her to sleep in her room again. I've tried melatonin (but isn't good long term) and magnesium (didn't make a difference). I tried this on a whim and IT WORKED! She fell asleep easily at 8 and woke up at 6am!!! I'm super pleased with this product. I'm hoping it keeps working and this wasn't just a fluke!
