INTAKE INSTRUCTIONS

Shake well. Mix into water or juice.

Before The Flow® intake: 2 droppersful, 2 times per day.

Begin intake when symptoms of pent up feelings / moodiness appear, or take 3 - 7 days before menstrual cycle should begin. Stop intake when symptoms subside.

After The Flow® intake: 2 droppersful, 2 times per day.

Begin intake on 3rd day of menstrual cycle. Continue taking for 7 - 10 days after your flow.

For best results, use in combination for a minimum of 3 menstrual cycles.
