Detox reaction is neither necessary nor desired. It’s the body’s way of saying “you are detoxing too quickly!” This happens because more toxins are being mobilized than can efficiently be excreted by the body. We recommend cutting your intake in half or returning to the last tolerated amount, increasing intake of water with fresh squeezed lemon, and making sure your bowels are moving at least 2-3 times per day. Consider adding Loving Energy® to support the adrenal system and Liver Life® to help the liver process the toxins while detoxifying. The most common signs of a detox reaction are feeling unwell, having head pain, or feeling tired. You should always feel the same or better while detoxing.

To begin your detox always make sure your liver is supported by using Liver Life® and that your bowels are moving daily. Shake your bottle well.

Begin with 3-6 drops of NDF® or NDF+ in water or juice twice (2x) a day.

Increase intake by 3-6 drops per day, or as tolerated to optimal intake.

Optimal intake by weight:

Under 40 lbs: 13 drops, 2x per day

41-75 lbs: 1 dropper* (26 drops), 2x per day

Over 75 lbs: 2 droppers (52 drops), 2x per day

TIP 1: Make sure the bowels are moving daily and stay properly hydrated. Proper hydration is half the body’s weight in ounces of water. So if you weigh 150 lbs, 75 ounces of pure distilled or reverse osmosis water every day is appropriate.

TIP 2: Add in a binding agent (NDF+® Detox) first to support healthy cellular function and remove toxins including mycotoxins (byproducts of mold) that tend to create irritating symptoms. A low intake of 3 or 4 drops of NDF+® Detox works to clean up toxic debris that’s circulating in the system and takes pressure off the liver and adrenals. Hold the intake here without increasing, as a higher amount of NDF+® Detox is asking the liver to work harder by providing deeper detoxification.

TIP 3: Once NDF+® Detox is on board, continue to build up the intake of Loving Energy® first, followed by Liver Life®. Once reaching optimal intake, it is appropriate to provide additional cellular support and detoxification by continuing to increase the intake of NDF+® Detox to optimal intake.

TIP 4: NDF® Detox can now be added to further enhance detoxification and shorten the length of time needed to reduce the toxic build up of heavy metals and chemicals in the body. Utilize sensitive individual’s intake recommendations and increase as tolerated. The higher the intake of both NDF+® Detox and NDF® Detox, the deeper the detox. You may need to increase your intake of Loving Energy® by 1-2 droppers, at this time.
