  • Please provide a full, valid address (including apartment/suite numbers) to avoid delivery issues.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for international orders.

Customs & Import Fees

  • We declare the full order value and list products as “tea extracts, essences, and concentrates.”
