Refunds and Returns
We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a refund (less shipping fees). To be eligible for a return:

Products must be unopened and in their original condition, with the safety seal intact.

Returns missing a safety seal or showing signs of tampering may be rejected.

Product kits or sets must be returned in full; individual items from a set cannot be returned separately.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we do not provide return shipping labels.

We are unable to accept returns for purchases made through third-party vendors.
Exchanges
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or accept returns of opened items.
We do not accept returns or exchanges based on product effectiveness, taste, appearance, feel, effects, or personal reactions.

Shipping Information
Processing Times
We ship most orders the same day they are received, Monday through Friday, for orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time will ship the following business day.
Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete, including apartment or suite numbers where applicable.
BIORAY is not responsible for shipments delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Shipping Carriers
All orders ship from our facility in Irvine, California.
We primarily ship via Federal Express (FedEx) to ensure low-cost and timely delivery:

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.

Expedited shipping options (such as FedEx 2-Day Air) may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Expedited shipping is not available during BIORAY sales or promotional periods.
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and PO Boxes, we ship via USPS (United States Postal Service).
If you would like your order shipped with a signature required (recommended for added security), please contact support@bioray.com prior to placing your order. An additional fee may apply.
Shipping Rates

Free standard domestic shipping for orders over $75.

Flat rate domestic shipping of $8 for orders under $75.

Expedited shipping rates are based on package weight, destination, and selected service, calculated at checkout.
*Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping only within the 50 United States. Minimum purchase thresholds must be met before taxes and shipping. Some exclusions may apply.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your Spam or Junk folders.
Order Changes, Cancellations, and Issues
Cancellations or Order Changes
We process orders promptly.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please call us as soon as possible at 949-305-7454 or 1-888-635-9582.
Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Incorrect Items Received
If you receive an incorrect item purchased directly from bioray.com, please email support@bioray.com with your order number.
We will provide a prepaid return label and promptly ship the correct item at no additional charge.
Please retain original shipping materials and repackage the items securely for return.
Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, please email photos of the product(s) and packaging to support@bioray.com.
We will assist you and file a claim with the carrier if necessary.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your carrier confirms a package has been delayed or lost, please notify BIORAY immediately so that we may file a claim and assist you further.
Stolen Packages
Once a package is confirmed as delivered, BIORAY is not responsible for loss or theft.
If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the carrier directly.
