Dear Bioray Customers,
I'm writing to tell you about an upcoming change to Bioray's pricing on its formulas.
Beginning on October 1, 2022, Bioray will be implementing a general price increase on all formulas effective with product shipments. The specific pricing change will vary by product line.
Why are we making this change?
- The organic and sustainably harvested adaptogenic herbs and mushrooms Bioray uses, have become increasingly scarce and expensive. This has driven prices higher than we've experienced in our 32 years of procuring them.
- As an essential manufacturer during the pandemic, we have paid higher wages and offered more benefits to our employees to ensure consistent and high-qaulity manufacturing from them, increasing our costs to operate.
- There is a shortage of components like droppers/pipettes for our bottles as well as paper to make our boxes, making for delays and increased price.
- Bioray has had no price increases on our Professional, Kids, or Daily lines ever, in 32 years. We recognize the value our products have offered to people and families since we made them available outside of our clinics in 1990. It was for this reason we absorbed all price increases since each formula lines beginnings. However, we must increase pricing unilaterally on all of our formulations.
- A price increase means we can supply you and your family with the effective and high-quality formulas you are accustomed to receiving from Bioray.
What does this mean for you?
- The price change will take effect October 1, 2022, to our wholesalers, distributers, practitioners, and direct to our consumers.
- We understand some people will need to assess their budgets and plan accordingly. We encourage you to make one or more orders before the increase.
- You can sign up for our email announcements. We offer a sale periodically throughout the year, this will give you advance notice of each sale. You can also check out natural grocery stores that carry Bioray for their sales as they offer them as well.
- We continue to work with Documenting Hope's CHIRP study, gathering information to understand the environmental impact of pollution on our kids. Enroll your child and receive a personalized health report and discount coupon for Bioray products.
We understand this is a big change from a company many of you have been customers of for a long time. We hope you stay customers for many years to come.
