To begin your detox always make sure your liver is supported by using Liver Life® and that your bowels are moving daily.

Shake your bottle well.

Begin with 3-6 drops of NDF® Detox or NDF+® Detox in water or juice twice (2x) a day.

Increase intake by 3 drops per day, or as tolerated to optimal intake.

Optimal intake by weight:

• Under 40 lbs: 13 drops, 2x per day
• 40-75 lbs: 1 dropper* (26 drops), 2x per day
• 75-150 lbs: 2 droppers (52 drops), 2x per day
• Over 150 lbs: 3 droppers (78 drops), 2x per day

Sensitive Individuals: Begin with 1 drop in water of juice twice (2x) a day. Increase intake by 3 drops every 3-4 days, or as tolerated, to optimal intake.

When the first morning urine pH is in the acidic range of 5.5-6.2, this indicates that the liver is efficiently removing toxins. Now is the perfect time to begin detoxification with NDF® Detox or NDF+® Detox as toxins will be removed at a faster pace.

The liver needs support during any detox program. You do not have to use Liver Life® for the NDF+® Detox to work, however it will contribute to more efficient and successful detox if included.

Not being able to concentrate and/or mild agitation may be the initial symptoms of an aggravation. If you notice an aggravation, lower your intake by half and increase water intake. See "What do I do if I have an aggravation?"

One of the easiest ways to determine if you are decreasing the metal levels in your body is if you begin to feel better after beginning NDF® Detox or NDF+® Detox. A Urine Toxic Elements test can also be taken to see what/how many toxic metals are being excreted.

Detoxification with NDF® Detox usually takes between 6 to 12 months depending on your individual toxicity and your ability to tolerate increasing the intake. Since heavy metals in our environment are prevalent, we recommend staying on a maintenance intake of NDF® Detox after you have completed detoxification with NDF® Detox. The appropriate maintenance intake is individual and determined by diet, living environment, profession, etc.

Any supplement is more effective on an empty stomach, however, NDF® Detox / NDF+® Detox can be taken with food.

Yes, they can. Apply directly to creases inside of elbows for a transdermal effect and milder detoxification.

None have been reported; both are very safe. Take NDF® Detox or NDF+® Detox 2 hours away from any western medication if you or your practitioner have any concerns. NDF® Detox is for those with a strong constitution. NDF+® Detox is for those that need more cellular support, which appears as needing naps in the day, tired after eating, sensitive to foods.

It is important to make sure the bowels are moving 1-3 times a day prior to starting. Optimizing liver function with Liver Life® and using Good To Go® or NDF Pooper® as needed is recommended.

Yes. In general remedies taken alone have more impact, taken with food or just before eating buffers their effect slightly. Allowing 15 minutes before eating or 45 minutes after eating achieves stronger impact.

Ask your practitioner to order a test kit for you from any of the following labs: Great Plains, Doctor’s Data, Genova Diagnostics, or Trace Elements. They will want to ask for a test that measures heavy metals and other environmental pollutants in the urine or hair.

If you are very sensitive, you can put 1 drop of NDF® Detox or NDF+® Detox in a large amount of water and drink this diluted mixture throughout the day. This will ensure that you are hydrated while using the NDF® Detox/NDF +® Detox, which helps to avoid aggravations.

Some individuals have reported results after the very first intake. If you do not notice any differences, (i.e less foggy thinking, more energy) you can begin to slowly ramp up your intake within the first three days.

Educate yourself regarding potential sources of environmental toxins, eat organic foods whenever possible, use natural based household cleaners and detergents, drink plenty of filtered water, test your urine pH on a regular basis to ensure that you are draining acids, take steps to create a non-toxic living and working environment
