Dental Support Guide for Amalgam Removal

Introduction

Many people are choosing to replace amalgam fillings with biocompatible material to reduce the negative effects of mercury on overall health. Amalgams emit mercury vapor exposing individuals to high levels of toxins.

This comprehensive guide contains steps to support healthy organ function and remove toxic heavy metals and chemicals, minimizing the irritations caused by amalgam removal. Please use this program under the supervision of your healthcare practitioner.

Day 1:

Test first morning urine pH and get the bowels moving.

Upon waking, use the pH test paper to measure your first morning urine pH. In traditional Chinese herbalism, the liver’s peak hours of operation are between 1-3 am. Testing the first morning urine pH allows us to track how efficient the liver is at filtering acidic waste and purging toxins.

  • First Morning Urine pH: Desired range is 5.5-6.2. If you are not currently in this range, you should see the first morning urine pH shift into healthy range as you continue through the program and increase your intake of Liver Life®.
  • Write down your baseline pH results at the beginning and again at the end of this program. This will allow you to see the measurable shift in your biochemistry.

Start Good To Go® at 2 ml in the morning. The intake can be increased by 1 ml, as needed, to ensure your bowels are moving at least 1-2 times a day.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. When should I take BIORAY® formulas?

For optimal results, take BIORAY® herbal tinctures 15 minutes before or 45 minutes after food. If you experience a sensitive stomach, take formulas with meals or a snack.

2. Why would I feel unwell during an amalgam removal procedure?

No matter how many precautions are taken, it is reported that the blood level of mercury increases by at least three times following the replacement of amalgams for up to five days.

3. What if I feel unwell during this program?

If you feel anything other than the same or better, increase intake of Loving Energy® by 1-3 droppers. If aggravations continue use activated charcoal provided. Take 2 capsules, as needed, to mitigate irritations. Wait 2 hours following the intake of activated charcoal to take any other dietary supplements. Keep activated charcoal 2 hours away from medications.

4. Should I expect to have more bowel movements during this program?

It is not uncommon to have an increase in bowel movements as toxins are eliminated. If the bowels are not moving at least 2-3 times a day increase Good To Go® and increase high fiber foods. Also, make sure you are staying well hydrated. Half the body’s weight in ounces of water is generally considered proper hydration.

5. Do I need to follow a specific diet?

The Dental Support Guide for Amalgam Removal Program can be used with any diet. However, you may support the liver detox pathways by including cruciferous vegetables such as: broccoli, asparagus, beets, carrots, spinach, sweet potatoes, arugula, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, cabbage and horseradish.

6. Does this guide replace the need for other dietary supplements such as vitamins and minerals?

This guide addresses heavy metal and chemical detoxification and does not include other supplements that may be necessary for an individual’s unique metabolic balance.

Maintaining the Gains

Now that you have done the heavy lifting, how do
you keep the results for as long as possible?

For the average adult, we recommend utilizing BIORAY® Professional products at optimal intake for a minimum of 3-4 months. For individuals who have more significant imbalances, we recommend BIORAY® Professional products for 6-8 months or as long as needed.

Moving into maintenance mode…

Maintenance doses with BIORAY® Professional products are at a lower daily intake, or your optimal intake may be for only 3 days a week. We also have a milder protocol in a bottle for teens & adults: BIORAY Daily®. Intended for daily use for maintenance or for individuals with mild imbalances, this line addresses three issues in each bottle.

The difference between BIORAY® Professional and
BIORAY Daily®  is that…

BIORAY® Professional products are intended for children, teens, and adults with significant imbalances. BIORAY Daily® formulas are   intended for teens & adults with mild imbalances or maintenance after using BIORAY® Professional formulas. BIORAY Daily® products have been naturally flavored using nothing artificial, so everyone loves
the taste.
